The European Commission said Apple has not yet responded to its concerns over the pricing of songs on its iTunes online music store, ahead of a midnight deadline on Monday for the U.S. technology giant. The commission launched its inquiry on April 3. In addition to Apple, it sent a statement of objections listing the charges to unnamed major record companies.
