Suspicions over rigged stock options that have hovered over Apple for two years will not result in criminal charges against founder Steve Jobs and other current and former executives, attorneys involved in the case said Thursday. The Justice Department took a long time and scrubbed this matter very thoroughly, and they concluded no charges should be brought against anyone, said attorney Miles Ehrlich.
