MacRumors reports that Apple has released Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) 9A559 to ADC members

After seeding Leopard 9A528d just yesterday, Apple has released 9A559 to ADC members tonight. Yesterday's update appears to have been primarily testing Leopard's Software Update mechanism.

Apple Insider posted a news story that a new line of Apple notebooks believed to be nearing release have been spotted in both black and traditional aluminum enclosures

The latter systems are expected to include L.E.D-backlit 13-inch LCD panels, on-board NAND flash (for faster application launching and boot times), and lack a traditional optical disc drive.

France Telecom will start marketing Apple's million-selling iPhone in France through its wireless arm Orange.
