Zevrix Solutions Releases BatchOutput XLS to automate Microsoft Excel

Posted by Philipp Esselbach on: 11/02/2007 09:47 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]

Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput XLS 1.0, its new solution to automate printing and PDF output from Microsoft Excel on Mac OS X. With BatchOutput XLS, users don't need to open and output each document manually anymore. With a click of a button, the program will print or output files to PDF automatically - whether it's a few documents or several hundreds of them. BatchOutput is also available for Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word, and will be released for PowerPoint shortly.

Toronto (ON), Canada - October 31, 2007 - Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput XLS 1.0, its new solution to automate printing and PDF output from Microsoft Excel on Mac OS X. BatchOutput XLS outputs lists of files to the selected printer, freeing users from the tedious repetitive tasks of opening and printing each document manually.

BatchOutput XLS is a new addition to the Zevrix BatchOutput family of products. BatchOutput is also available for Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word, and the PowerPoint version is expected to be released shortly. With BatchOutput, users only need to select the files they wish to output and adjust the settings, and BatchOutput will do the rest automatically. And because BatchOutput can run in the background, it allows users to keep working with other programs during processing thus using their time even more efficiently.

The main BatchOutput XLS features and benefits include:

- Automate output from Microsoft Excel without the need to open each document manually.
- Automate output to PDF with virtual printers such as Adobe PDF, CUPS-PDF and others.
- E-mail, fax, and output multiple Microsoft Excel documents to other formats using appropriate virtual printers.
- Use the same familiar settings from the Print dialog.
- Easily add files from the system dialog or by drag-and-drop from Finder.

BatchOutput XLS also provides detailed status report during the processing and features an interactive file list with the options to open files in Excel and reveal them in Finder.

Pricing and Availability:
BatchOutput XLS 1.0 can be purchased from the Zevrix Solutions web site for an introductory price of US$24.95, as well as from authorized resellers. Demo is also available for download.

BatchOutput XLS 1.0 is available for Mac OS X 10.4.2 and higher, Universal Binary, and works with Microsoft Excel 2004.
