TUAW reports that iOS 4.1 Beta 3 has been released to the developers

Hey, that was a quick week for beta 2, wasn't it? Beta 3 is now available to developers, and according to MacNN it yanks support for Game Center from iPhone 3G's and second-gen iPod touches.
