Mac Rumors reports that Apple has released another beta version of Mac OS X 10.4.11 to developers

Apple has seeded another version of Mac OS X 10.4.11 (8S2144) to developers yesterday. The next update to Apple's Mac OS X Tiger operating system lists only one known issue which involves the system occasionally hanging during shutdown.
