When Apple announced a revamped iMac lineup in a special press event in Cupertino, Calif., last week, the company also touted the latest versions of its iLife '08 and iWork '08 application suites. However, before Apple CEO Steve Jobs even got into the meat of the announcement, he boasted that the Apple Mac has seen three times the year-over-year growth as the rest of the PC industry in the last four quarters.
